1. Purpose of Collection and Use

LUCAS International Co., Ltd. ("the Company") processes personal data for the following purposes: responding to service inquiries, conducting consulting sessions, contract execution and fulfillment, and marketing communications (with consent).

2. Types of Personal Information Collected

Required: name, company, email, contact number. Optional: job title, inquiry content, services of interest. Technical data such as IP address, cookies, access logs, and browser type may be automatically collected during service use.

3. Retention and Use Period

Personal data is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled, except where retention is required by law. Contract-related data is retained for 5 years; marketing-consented data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

4. Provision to Third Parties

The Company does not provide personal data to third parties except as separately consented to by the data subject or as required by law (per Article 17 of the Personal Information Protection Act).
